The trailers are very poorly designed. The fact that a king size box spring won’t fit through the door is absurd. Most of America is moving the same stuff and the trailer wouldn’t even fit that. Also the trailer should be tall enough to at least stand up in. The trailers should come with a jack on the tongue. That’s the absolute dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m a strong guy and it took absolutely everything h had to lift it off the hutch of my truck without throwing my back out.

CHRISTINA BThe gentleman at the rental location was extremely ignorant. Treated me like a criminal. Said I was incorrect about my ZIP Code, which was clearly on my drivers license and I’ve lived here my entire life. The gentlemen had a terrible attitude the entire time. It got to the point where I had to call customer service to intervene and approved the rental. I would never recommend liquor fire.
