I returned the vehicle as promised and within 15 minutes of the 24 hours allowance. The time I picked it up was actually later than the time on the contract. It took them 30 minutes to find the correct size plug adapter for the lights. At delivery they said I would be charges double for the second day because I was 15 minutes late as per the contract. This is absolutely fraudulent. I need to speak to a U-Haul representative. I can be reached on my cell on the contract.
Carl SGuy was rude, only clerk. Trying to run two businesses plus u-haul. The experience could have been better but he has no customer service skills
