Matifa BThe customer service was terrible; they were disrespectful, foul-mouthed, inconsiderate toward the customer, and even confrontational. They treated my husband and me very poorly. I am never going back to that place. I usually rent from the Atlantic location, but this time they didn't have what I needed, so I went to the 1143 Clarkson Ave. however, Atlantic is my favorite spot.

Ibrahima DThe branch manager is a racist, mentally unstable, and doesn't know how to deal with customers.
