Originally rented a u haul from another location for a 45 mile trip, then u haul transferred my pickup location (last minute) which was an extra 17 miles away but didn't increase my mileage allowance. So I got charged an extra $20 because they screwed up my reservation and charged me the extra miles, even though I had it set up perfectly fine before hand.
