This was a self drop off zone. There was no personnel to speak of and it wasn’t immediately clear what I was supposed to do. The app did ultimately walk me through it though.

Person I dropped it off too forced me to back the trailer into a spot. When I told him I was uncomfortable doing it, his reply was “either you back the trailer up or I won’t accept the return”. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to help him do everything including taking the trailer off and pushing it.
RACHEL HAir conditioning didn't work and the suspension was so bad it felt like the truck was falling apart
