The truck was rented to an elderly Spanish woman, the gas tank was not full as the agreement said, i feel my mom was ripped off at this location… poor service
Maria CThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had, as a matter of fact I’m going to tell EVERYONE who will lister NEVER, EVER, EVER rent a U-Haul from this location again. Monte LeGrand is TRASH and they need to be reported. No air conditioners in the van and was told to just “roll the window down.” Then we get there to turn the truck back in the gate was chained so we couldn’t get to the key drop box..it was 4:57 and they left early and the man said I had until 7pm to turn it in, LIES! I’ve been ripped off and I want my money back for the extra days!
