We had a reservation but the truck was nit ready. They could not find the key. I was told by reservations that I would get a $50 credit, but never received. After one hour they found the key. Very unorganized. Would not use them again.
ROBERT MThe owner gave us incorrect information when we picked up the rental. He was either lying or didn’t know the most basic information about the rental agreement. I called the 800 number and quickly got the answers I needed. When we returned the rental he waited four hours before marking it as returned which cost us another day’s rental. The 800 # customer service took care of us. I would use u haul again. I would never go to this location again
BARBARA BIt would be nice to have cruise control if possible. We could have used more details on purchasing a lock to secure the truck. I did not see any information about it until we were at Pickup. The seats were comfortable. Pick up and delivery was great !
