you all have multiple screens for check in and check out that ask for the same pictures multiple times and it’s wildly annoying

The owner was rude and belligerent

HOPE FThis location has extremely poor service, one dude trying to sell liquor and rent u hauls at the same time. Wi fi was so slow it took 45 minutes to get out the door. The windshield was covered in ice and snow and had to ask him to come outside and clear it off. The Quickstop location in Louisville was even worse, as this was where we were suppposed to pick up at 9am. The 16 year old behind the counter barely spoke English and said they were sleeping and the truck wasn't checked back in yet, could I just come back in 2 hours?????????? Come on now U haul , are you even screening your clients representing your company? Terrible experience from start to finish. Will never use U haul again, I'm done. Put me more than 2 hours behind loading the house up.
LYNNE Hthe trailer was not swept out. we swept it out after we was done un loading our stuff. The inside of the trailer was dirty, maybe we should have tried cleaning it. and it was not on a full tank of gas when we rented it
