My wife picked it up and I think there were no concerns and it went smoothly. However, the pick up was a 1h30m round trip from our home, not including the time it took to process the transaction.

Robert HBe on time. Rental was scheduled for pickup at 8:00am. It was after 9:00 am before he available to complete the rental.

Chris VBetter customer service. They kept stopping my transaction to wait on walk in customers. When I returned it, they where mad that I parked it upfront instead of driving around back to the unit ally in back, and demanded that I take it out back. Then demanded that I walk back into unit ally to take pictures of vehicle.
