Roberto DThere was a problem because the safety clips were too big/openings in my hitch were too small. The attendant worked and worked to Jerry-rig something that worked. And there were no issues during the +1000 mile trip.
LARRY TI get charged extra for my drop off. I bring the paperwork into the gas station drop off center. I hand my paperwork to the non-English speaking cashier. They look up at the computer and then to the monitor where you can see the trailer in the parking lot. They didn’t look right back at me. Smile. Place the paper to their left in a folder and then continue to stare at me. I will never do business with U-Haul again ever. I get charged because the incompetence of these people. And then the support staff on the phone. Tell me you should’ve used the app. I never use the app to do anything with my transaction. Why would I start now. Just garbage. The U-Haul brand has become complete garbage all of my messages have been dictated and not proofread. You do not deserve the time for me to go back and proofread these.
