I was in the office for almost 45 minutes waiting on the computers to start working and I was quoted $625 when I made the reservation and when I picked up the truck it ended up being $975 and the person at the counter couldn't tell me why.

Amount of gas in tank did not match paperwork. Dirty needle on passenger floorboard. Half empty water bottles in driver door. Did not have the reserved truck, had to take smaller one. Counter person not knowledgeable, and had to call for help. Entire process took entirely too long. $50 guarantee was promised, and not delivered.
ADAM STrailer had damage on front, probably when someone let go and it hit their hitch. Inside the front left D-ring was missing. This was a problem for me. I was hauling to large, heavy tool box that needed to be secured. Small fragile stuff to the rear. I pulled it off but would have preferred the D-Ring.
