Wasn’t where I asked to pick up. Had to dice all over the place to find it. App kept changing the truck size and location. Old completely worn out truck. Charged me “extra mileage”. Over 100 dollars. Which is BS. Not even simple cruise control for a trip from Alabama to Kentucky. I also asked for and pre paid for a dolly. Didn’t get a dolly. I had to load it all by hand. I did not get the size truck I ordered either. Complete shit show from start to finish. Instead of making it all right for your customer — I get charged over 100 dollars + for “extra mileage”. Won’t happen again.

Dylan Wi used 5x9 trailer to tow a motorcycle to ohio and back. 675 miles total, the trailer was top notch. all lights worked,tires were balanced and it pulled and rode perfectly. the first one i picked up had a bad vibration and i returned it after just a few miles down the road from the pick up location. they swapped me out and all was good.
