I returned my u haul at night
Jonathan FThe staff was friendly and the facility was clean and inviting. However, the truck was very dirty inside (there were potato chip crumbs in the cupholder, steering wheel was greasy as examples). We had to thoroughly clean the truck prior to driving it.
JOHN KNo personnel was involved....it was an after hours drop-off.
