Uhaul lights were left on before I even got it so the battery died. Technician took an hour to get there to check it and ended up having to buy a whole new battery so it took another 15 for him to get one, he was fantastic, but he shouldnt have had to come out. We were supposed to have been half done with our move by the time it got fixed. Could have been avoided if the truck had been properly looked over.

SELVARAJ MI returned my u haul at night
Jonathan FThe staff was friendly and the facility was clean and inviting. However, the truck was very dirty inside (there were potato chip crumbs in the cupholder, steering wheel was greasy as examples). We had to thoroughly clean the truck prior to driving it.
