How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe two representatives I spoke with at this location showed no interest in helping me with my rental pick up. When a minor problem arose, I was simply asked if I wanted to cancel. Horrible customer service that U-Haul should not be associated with.
Benjamin BThis was an auto shop and merely a drop off center. They do not have trucks to rent there, and if any significant conversation or contract writing was necessary, this would not be the location to go to.. I was given a different drop off location on my original contract and when I arrived at that location this morning, I was told that they couldn't find my number and when I called the Queen Creek location where I picked up the truck I was informed that I would have to go to another location because after the contract is written, they changed my drop off location. Not really a very good way to run a business. In anticipation of my difficulties, I am expecting in advance some type of reimbursement for my inconvenience..
