Truck was dirty. For some reason couldn’t finish checking in with app and was prompted to call a U-Haul 800 #. Called and the rep had a barking dog and yelling child in background and wasn’t able to help. Finally a gas station attendant gave me a number to call and finally was able to check in.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe online pickup was easy to use. Truck was clean.
SAM LThis was the oldest and dirtiest truck I have ever rented. The windshield was dirty. There was dust everywhere. I’m glad I arrived early and was able to leave with a truck because they called me before nine to let me know that I would have to go to a different location, which was not cool.
