I tried to see if there was a drop off closer to the 78239 area to where I was moving, but I was just asked if I was dropping off the rental to the same location. I agreed, but traffic accident on 35 prevented me from returning it at 6. Instead it was 6:20. And I got charged an additional 35.00 for this. I even called to let u-haul know. Seems excessive.
