Never met with a person kinda out of the norm. I hooked up my trailer myself and had to text pictures to a phone number of the hitch. Again out of the norm. However pickup and drop off was easy

How U-Haul Reviews Workno one was there when i went the first time around 11am, so i went back later around 3;30-4 and the neighbor to the uhaul told me where to drop the key and to not park where i had it parked. i got a 42$ fee for not knowing i had to drop it off and use the app to return it in the middle of the day. there are no signs telling anyone where to park or where to put the key.the key drop is on the far side away from the parking lot you have to look for it.
DALE CI love their efficiency
Luis BThe interior was dirty (ashes in window seal, sticky residue in cup holder from a soda), the U-Haul had low miles but was outdated, I took a long trip to Texas and I had to use my phone for gps the whole time
