There was no one there and the office looked abandoned. Thank goodness returns could be done online.

The windshield wipers need to be replaced.
Milon DThe truck was on empty when picked it up. The inside of the cab was dirty and the back part floor was greasy and slippery as if they had some kind of grease on the floor making it hard to keep from slipping. The grease was on the ramp which made it slippery and was dangerous taking items out because you would slip.
Frank AAbsolutely the worst service ever! The truck we rented online days prior was not available. They cancelled our reservation and then sent us to 3 other locations. At the last location we had to wait another 45 minutes for the truck to be brought to us. We wasted over 3 hours trying to rent this truck for business. Very poor customer service and customer experience!
