Cab was dirty. It had dirt and dog hair. The back of truck had not been swept out. It was not clean at all

WILLIAM MThere was obviously a tire blowout on this vehicle before I picked it up and whoever changed the wheel left the old steel belted tread wrapped around the axle and wheel housing. It looked like it had been there awhile. I didn't find it until the trailer was loaded and was doing my final walk around. Someone didn't do a good job with service and then someone didn't do a proper inspection before renting out the trailer again. The lesson I learned was to check under the trailer or truck before driving it off the lot.
