If truck reserved is not available, call the evening before pick up. I got a call one hour before I was to pick up my rental for a 400 trip move. I had to take a 10 foot truck when I had reserved a 15 foot. Needless to say, I now have to figure out how to get the rest of my furniture to our new home! Gave me a couple free days but that doesn't get my furniture where it needs to be!

I reserved a 20-foot truck with 2 furniture dollies by calling the location directly. When I arrived, they had the truck available, but not the dollies. I was forced to purchase the dollies because without them, I wouldn't need the truck. That's quite a racket this location is running.

We had to hunt someone down to take the equipment back and then were given conflicting instructions. Finally got it worked out. They were friendly though.

The customer service was not the best. I had been to this location before and the customer service was great. Unfortunately this time it was just average. The nicest person there was a lady cleaning the restrooms. The GM which I believe was from Amarillo was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. When I went to return the vehicle at night the first thing that one of the staff members told me they were not accepting any returns. Which I somewhat understand because it was five minutes pass closing time. But the first thing that came out of his mouth were those words. He could have been a little bit more friendly or understanding of the situation. And from what I gathered there were struggling with closing one of the garage doors. So in all reality it wasn't as if they were all about to leave. When I approached them to ask how would I go about returning the vehicle. The GM simply told me use the app if I didn't they're going to charge me a $20 fee. Maybe it is your policy not to help customers ask your closing hours.

Clean the vehicle appropriately, I have images showing that the vehicle not clean upon receipt. The person who gave me the keys was really rude, like quite disrespectful, the way he talked was very aggressive and gave bad energy. I also got charged for gas when I received a car that wasn't even full, which doesn't make sense, why I get charge for gas if I'm paying per mile?

The only issue we had was i was wuoted $7.00 for the utility Dolly. At first she said it was $10 dollars. And then said well no its $7 dollars as well. So i said i would take it.

This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife was set up as the emergency contact and confirmed through phone when uhaul called her then to find out it's not acceptable to have her as the emergency contact for some reason. I had to scramble to find someone else to answer their phone during a work day to confirm being an emergency contact. Once that got situated the employee said, “stand outside and someone will help you, my work shift is done”. I had to come back into the building 3 different times to see if someone was actually coming to help me because it took a long time. This whole process took about 40 minutes longer than it needed to. They were not pleasant to work with, unorganized, and just plain difficult. This is also not the first bad experience I have had with this location.

This is the second time this happened to me at this location renting a truck they say the gas is on 1/2 tank when it's not it's below 1/2 but because they say its on 1/2 you have to return it on half or they'll charge you $3.25 a gallon so I'll be taking pictures of the fuel hand before leaving and showing them where it was if I return to uhal I might go to Penske where they have there trucks on full and just retired on full
