The lady that ran the place was lovely and very helpful. The location was in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. One of the ratchets on our car carrier would not tighten. I didn't discover this until my truck was loaded and we had loaded our car on it. It caused a lot of problems during our 6 hr. drive.

JULIO VFirst, the trailer blew out a tire which cost us an hour delay. Second, for an unknown reason she put down some town in Colorado, instead of Ohio, as the drop off location. This after she made some comment about moving to Ohio, and she had to change the information I had put into the system. I would never recommend, let alone use again, this location.
