The employee at this location was wonderful and kind. However, a system outage caused some issues with my rental and I was subsequently contacted by a dispatcher for information I had already provided. There was confusion on her end but she was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when she realized she had made an error. Terrible customer service.
