The office is not managed very well at all. The manager just didn’t show up the day I rented, a young guy was trying to help everyone to the best of his ability. I felt really bad for him. My app wasn’t working later that day when I returned the truck, I called on Monday morning to inform them, never heard back. Two days later still never heard back. I called on Wednesday and a very rude lady answered the phone. She couldn’t tell me why I was charged another $50 dollars but would have to look into it. She called back and said because I drove 68 miles total. That impossible since round trip to and from my location is only 24 miles and that is all I drove for the day. She offered no help and hung up the phone. I will never rent from these people ever again. My $29 for one day turned into over $130. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
