This location was fine, but I was first sent two hours out of my way to Colonel Creek on lake wateree (instead of my requested location on Elmwood in downtown Columbia) and they weren’t able to even rent the trucks at that location.
Robert GHoner the reservation and if not available, give a proper 24hr notice and compensate for the inconvenience of traveling many miles to another location!!!
BRIAN GI've rented many U-Hauls in my life and I must say that picking up from Roger in Lugoff, SC was the best pick up experience I've ever had!
Erik HMy drop off location was changed and caused me to have to drive 20 minutes out of my way and 15 miles away from where I originally scheduled drop off. This was a really big inconvenience and caused me to spend more time and money I was already tight on.
