My drop off location was changed and caused me to have to drive 20 minutes out of my way and 15 miles away from where I originally scheduled drop off. This was a really big inconvenience and caused me to spend more time and money I was already tight on.

Great pickup experience. Trailer pull was horrible. It felt like the tires was hopping n vibrating on my whole trip. Maintenance should be done real soon
Olendus GThe owner called 12 hours before pick up and tried to cancel on me because he didn't want to be there at 8 am. I told him I could come in at 10 and he still wanted to cancel. I ended up leaving work to go rent it from him the night before. He was rude. The windshield was crusted with dirt and there was trash and a bottle of allergy pills in the cab, very unprofessional. Also there was less than a quarter tank of gas.

SALLY HVehicle was dirty, guy worked out of his house and was unaware of the location of the key, I reserved 12 furniture pads which I only got 4 because he kept them outside and they were soaked. I don't recommend this location. Also, I reserved a Truck at a different location that was much closer to my house. That location had the exact same sized truck I received from this location.
