Anthony H.I feel that the staff and location was great however we didn't need the teuck, after it was paid for, your address is 1990 and the address we we t to was 1965 Robert's as well on the other side of the street. I called to let your business know that they could rent out the truck because we decided to buy the storage barn and would be there shortly. I had to pay $39+ dollars for 1 mile total. I felt that the charges of $54.00 was extremely ridiculous when we didn't need the truck. U feel that I should have been refunded half if not all of my money, just voided it out . The distance wasn't even a mile. Thanks for your time.

DANA M.Make the pickup and drop off more personal not everyone is savvy even if they have a smartphone. When I dropped it off at 3:00 or 3:30 I did what the lady told me to do and dropped off the key after I filled the truck back up but I didn't get a message on my phone until after 5:30 telling me I was supposed to take pictures of the truck and send them I don't know how to do that number one and I had to drive back into town to take pictures I still don't know how much I owe so as far as pick up and drop off I would give you a two.
