I scheduled a small enclosed trailer it comes with three days of rental! I picked it up, moved my son from North Carolina to Florida the same day I rented it, returned it on the day it was due back, I get an email stating I owed you $61, turns out the pickup location only charged me for the day not the standard three it comes with! UHAUL has been harassing me about payment. I’ve sent my confirmation email with dates and how many days, also a confirmation of f payment at pick up. Not pleased with UHAUL and will using any other company from now on!
