Make sure the return policy actually holds true to its written standard, IE : Don't charge the customer for an extra day when the vehicle was returned the day before, Also the phone application is faulty and can easily put someone in a state of not knowing what to do.

Was pleased with the overall experience - great customer service, storage area of truck was very clean. The cup holders needed attention and the truck struggled during the first gears while accelerating. We did, however, accomplish our goal without incident.
