The app gave confusing instructions on drop off procedure and that has nothing to do with my rating of the location. The average rating was because there was no clear parking space available for the truck and the people that were there seemed busy with other matters. The office was open but empty so no one was there to help. Just a heads up that the app says to drop off keys in key box and then after it states to take pictures of the cabin and milage so I wasn't able to do that since I had already locked the truck and dropped the key in box.

The u-haul needed work and sounded horrible when started up. I dropped off at a closer location to keep from driving it too far back and was charged an outrageous amount. I was a faithful u-haul user. I will never use u-haul again.
