Well, I dropped off here after hours...... and it was a good experience. The app made it possible to check yourself out and complete the rental. It was a very convenient experience. Rented a car trailer in Oregon at noon, and returned it in northwest Washington in the evening.... very convenient.

people were very nice and helpful, when one of the back lights wasnt working they quickly replaced the whole light fixture even though it was raining pretty hard. GREAT JOB
PATRICK RMy only comment is that I had to drive 20 minutes to reach this U-Haul, since I was offered no Bellingham drop-off choices (twice, on app and in -person). I drove past a U-Haul only 5 minutes away. Dislike. Will shop around more in future to avoid this.
