The process takes a long time since the man who works there has to call someone else to process it all. That was fine. But I returned a truck with the mere 1/4 gal I was provided with (barely could make it to my location) and was still charged a fuel fee. I’d rather hand carry items individually on a global move than deal with U-Haul one more time.
