No one was there to help and I had to call the store. Once I finally got the keys, the guy came out and said someone spilled paint in the back and that it was still wet and but blankets in the back so it was to slide my furniture in and out on top of the blankets.

Even though they weren't open yet, an employee was present to help me with my pickup early in the morning and were able help me to actually upgrade to a larger truck. Drop-off was just as easy: park where it where it's easy to park and hand the keys over to the employee. Done
FELIX SThere was some guessing to figure out the process here. This is in the back of a small grocery stand. There were a lot of trucks but no obvious signage or instructions. Luckily the stand was open and I thought to ask the cashier. She pointed me to a sign with a number to call. When I called it the guy answered and asked me how I got this number. It was off putting but he got someone out to help right away. The guy who helped me was great. Overall low interaction which is fine with me but some help with instructions would be great. Also the key drop box is pretty well hidden. Also the lot is too small to take the side profile photos of the truck. I had to crawl between a food truck and some spiderwebs

Kim JI rented a vehicle, but the mileage recorded before I drove it was incorrect. I only drove the car for about 10 miles, yet my receipt says I drove 30 miles. This is unacceptable. I only drove around the local area, so even if there was a small difference, the total mileage should have been no more than about 15 miles. I should not be charged for mileage that I did not drive. Please review and correct this error.
