Location and staff were amazing. Uhaul itself messed up my reservation. But staff at both locations i had ro goto to pick up my rental were professional and very helpful trying to fix the issue. UHAUL on the other has made this rental experience terrible. And so far dealing with the customer service team to try and get a resolution has not been helpful.
