There was some guessing to figure out the process here. This is in the back of a small grocery stand. There were a lot of trucks but no obvious signage or instructions. Luckily the stand was open and I thought to ask the cashier. She pointed me to a sign with a number to call. When I called it the guy answered and asked me how I got this number. It was off putting but he got someone out to help right away. The guy who helped me was great. Overall low interaction which is fine with me but some help with instructions would be great. Also the key drop box is pretty well hidden. Also the lot is too small to take the side profile photos of the truck. I had to crawl between a food truck and some spiderwebs

Kim JI rented a vehicle, but the mileage recorded before I drove it was incorrect. I only drove the car for about 10 miles, yet my receipt says I drove 30 miles. This is unacceptable. I only drove around the local area, so even if there was a small difference, the total mileage should have been no more than about 15 miles. I should not be charged for mileage that I did not drive. Please review and correct this error.
Gyucheol IThe staff is super friendly and helpful, the trucks are always clean. Parking is convenient and the location is close to my house. I will definitely go back here the next time I need to rent a truck.
Xandra AThey are not a 24hr pick location. They don't open until 9am. I tried to oick up at 8:30a and my pick was delayed do to them not being open. Once I was able to get my rental the customer service was great.
