The owner added the “safemove damage” when I know I made sure it was off. It’s not even my signature on the first page, so he signed it himself. Please be careful when renting from Sunshine Market. The owner is such a fraud!! I’ve always read the reviews from before but gave him the benefit of the doubt. The van rear sensor wasn’t working so it kept reading that the rear door is opened, they warned me about it and I guess someone spilt paint in the van so they had this cover over it. I only used the van from 2pm to 3:30pm. Please take your own pictures and return it in the app. I let them do it and they put I returned the van at 5:45pm. Scandalous place !

No one was there to help and I had to call the store. Once I finally got the keys, the guy came out and said someone spilled paint in the back and that it was still wet and but blankets in the back so it was to slide my furniture in and out on top of the blankets.
JESSICA HEven though they weren't open yet, an employee was present to help me with my pickup early in the morning and were able help me to actually upgrade to a larger truck. Drop-off was just as easy: park where it where it's easy to park and hand the keys over to the employee. Done
FELIX SThere was some guessing to figure out the process here. This is in the back of a small grocery stand. There were a lot of trucks but no obvious signage or instructions. Luckily the stand was open and I thought to ask the cashier. She pointed me to a sign with a number to call. When I called it the guy answered and asked me how I got this number. It was off putting but he got someone out to help right away. The guy who helped me was great. Overall low interaction which is fine with me but some help with instructions would be great. Also the key drop box is pretty well hidden. Also the lot is too small to take the side profile photos of the truck. I had to crawl between a food truck and some spiderwebs
