I haven't received the final bill yet. Returned the vehicle in 2 hours the same day, drove 11 miles overall. While the total amount should be around $60, there are two pending transactions on my credit card totaling over $300. Pathetic
Nimrod JI asked before taking the trailer if I could bring it back early and the guy said no problem. We’re open 24 /7 I brought it back a day early . Delivered it Sunday morning at 9:09 . Nobody there. Called the number they written down. He said just leave it and he would adjust the rental fee and send it to me. Still haven’t seen the bill! Would never go back to this location.
Bill HThe truck itself was pretty clean, though it showed its age and wear much more than any other rental truck I've ever driven. The driver side mirror kept vibrating out of place, so I constantly needed to adjust it while driving, which was quite unsafe. I think it just needed its set screw tightened, though unfortunately I didn't have an Allen key that fit it.
