Took a hour to pick up the uhaul. was on the phone 2 separate occasions. second time i got transffered 4 times. when i picked up the uhaul the tank was at 7/8 full.

I walked in with no reservation and walked out 10 minutes later with a trailer. Best place in Wayne county to rent a u-haul
DANIEL HThis wasnt my preferred location since it was 20 miles out of my way, but the business was good. One small issue was that the S/N of the trailer on my paperwork was different from the one I picked up. But the agent at the business took care of it. thank you

DAVID JVery confusing at drop off after hours. 3 lock boxes which need a code. Never received a code. Did online drop off as sign said in building thinking at the end I would receive the code. Nope. Nothing on my paperwork either. So I dropped the key in slot under the sign.
