Angela OIt was clean for the most part, there was some cups on the floor board in cab when picked up .
Michael AWe did not know that we would have to go through several steps before actually getting the truck. We had to wait for our request to be approved and then take pictures and all the other steps. We did all the information beforehand that we were supposed to do. We were told we would be sent an access code. We thought that was all that needed to be done, not the extra 20 minutes of additional information on a 7 below snowy blustery freezing day. Now that we know, if the we ever need to rent one again we will be better prepared.
