Took 10 minutes to process me, then the guy just got up and walked away. Another guy walks in and starts asking the same questions over again. He takes forever to complete the rental documents, and doesn't appear to know he's doing. When I finally get the keys, I see the fuel gauge reads empty. I'm late and now have to get gas.

You charged me double for a trailer. I am not happy about this. A daily rate is what I was quoted and you charged me two days.
LISA HDon’t charge me twice and it would be nice to give me paperwork so I can have proof of how far I actually went. I won’t be using u guys again.
