This was the most horiffic experiecne I have ever had ith UHaul in 35 years. I am so dissapointed and disgusted. The owner of this franchise shoud be ashamed to know that trucks like the one I drove are being leased. When I cranked the truck up I immediately went to let the lady know that it sounds and looks like the truck is going to break down. She told me if the truck breaks down just turn the paper over and call road side assistance. She never offered to put me in another truck that was there and the same sizes. The inside was filty like a construction worker's truck with dirt and soot and it was so I had to record everything. Its a disgrace

YASH CThe attendant was very nice is why I gave it 4 stars, but when we got in the vehicle, I was afraid to touch anything. It appeared that it had never been cleaned inside. Otherwise, we did what we needed to do with it. I'm so sorry to give less than excellent, but that truck really needed cleaning.
