it was closed when i dropped off but they have a huge lot and were very responsive about closing me out the next morning!

After gsvibgvsn issue with the truck after eevloaded it as nd I msde the lady inside aware they first questioned if I csused it which I did not and had pictures to prove it. Then she asked me why I drove it rather then apologizing for renting it to me with issues. Other people in the place were great and helpful. I wouhd up spending an hour and a half desling with the situation before I could leave once it got dark the trucks rightfront headlight was loosesnd flopping up and down. I brought a trailer back at your request and tye same lady tried to make me sign an insurance refusal and charged my card penny for some reason. I would like to be compensated for the added time and frustration caused by them not taking thst truck out of service. They had another one and the secretary said in front of me to tye lady that the previous renter told them about the issues
