Location was great and service was good. The trailer evidently needed tires, which is why the service call was later needed.

Truck was very loud, needs exhaust work.
Keith SThe U-Haul reservation system was down all day on Monday, May 18, and there is no work around to rent to customers. Really?? Although it was my lack of adequate planning, the technological problems caused me to loose a full day. It is my opinion that this is an excellent example of how completely we rely on technology and assume it will always work. Companies across the board need to wise up and implement some old school backups for these type events!
Kerry RI WAS GIVEN A TRUCK WITH A FLAT TIRE AND AFTER I TOLD THE LOCATION, " WE PROBABLY FORGOT TO FILL IT UP" TIRE WAS AT 30PSI. I HAD TO STOP EVERY 3 HOURS TO ADD AIR AND SPEND 3$ EVERYTIME I ADDED AIR. WILL DEFINITELY USE ANOTHER MOVING SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.
