The truck was not cleaned out when we arrived and was not ready for our rental. We had to wait for the store associate to check the truck in from the previous rental. We were charged an additional amount for gas because the store associate did not properly check in the truck from the last rental. We offered to add more fuel before leaving so we would not be charged the additional fee to add gas. The gas gauge was not measured by the store associate prior to our rental. We filled the gas tank more than what was in the truck when we started the rental.

First went to location where my daughter initiated the reservation (Baltimore Blvd Westminster, MD) was told that truck was in Sykesville, MD - Went there (Both locations were very sketchy looking gas stations) When we got to Sykesville gentlemen helping us asked several questions - some multiple times- to include where were we going - was this a one way rental -how far was it- advised less than 100 miles- he advised that he didn't have a dolly like we had asked for on reservation- instead he gave us what looked like 2 blankets wrapped in plastic- (Never used left them in front cab of truck- Now that truck has been checkin in by Falls Church location, I'm waiting on credit for the dolly to be issued. Thank you
