When my pick up location was changed by U-haul, it would help to let the location that the truck was supposed to be picked up from know that it was changed. I got a call after picking up the truck from a location asking if I was still picking up the truck. Had to tell them that U-haul had told me it wasn't available at the prior location and redirected me somewhere else. Put me in a bad place. They also couldn't find my desired drop-off location in the system despite me giving them the name and address and they ended up sending me to a place that was in a sketchy neighborhood.

Your app sucks. I had to request a phone call multiple times because it was directing me to the wrong next step, or it just wouldn’t work.
John CThank you so much for your help!
Stephanie SHad a reservation through driver share and I was confused about the process so I went in to ask about how to open the back of the truck. Susan the owner was very rude to the point I couldn't even speak and ask my question without her repeatedly saying "You just have to follow directions" in a rude and snappy tone. It took someone else who doesn't even work there to give me instructions and he even came to get the lock for me. I've heard from other employees there that Susan is usually in a bad mood and can be like that to problem but I figured that customer interactions would at least be professional regardless. Won't be coming here again. In addition, I submitted a review online on the website and the manager decided it would be fun to make fun of me for not being satisfied with her attitude. She felt the need to publicly humiliate me online by mentioning that I had recently gotten out of a relationship with one of her employees and that was the only reason I had been dissatisfied with her attitude and I wanted to take it out on the company when my review mentioned nothing about the girl. She also accused me of stalking when this facility was the only one I’d ever been to in the area even before that said relationship even started. She didn’t apologize for being rude and just told me that I was over reacting then proceeded to call me personally, left a voicemail that wanted to try to force me to come get my personal vehicle I’d left behind because she didn’t want it there since she was now upset with me. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unprecedented and I did nothing to the company to be treated that way. Personal feelings should not be wrapped into business and personal relationships shouldn’t be taken out on someone especially if they are a customer.
