The location and people at the location were great! U-Haul online corporate office was terrible. I had to make my appointment three times. I went to pick it up at the correct location and it was not processed for the location was forced to move to another location and then when I could bring the the truck back late they charged me additional money for bringing the truck back 2 hours late cuz I was looking for a place to drop off a donation item. U-Haul corporate is awful. You are terrible. I don't know what happened to you. I've used you for years. This was the worst
