CODY PDefinitely send them to Magnolia best storage to rent a U-Haul from the company that operates there. Management was nice and very informative about helping me out on my Rental process.
CODY PI had to do a night drop-off due to all of the delays. I wasn’t ever able to speak with anyone at the drop-off location. Right now I will never recommend U-Haul unless somehow this matter on your end is rectified. A full refund is extremely appropriate for the one simple reason of the straps that could’ve killed myself and others.
