The counter was great. But when i dropped my uhaul a day earlier then i had rented. I took another car to get my extra rented items. I got an angry phone call from whoever lives at the location 4 minutes after dropping my uhaul off. Called her letting her know i had to go to a second location to get blankets and dolly. She was very rude. I still had a second day on my uhaul and didn’t want to have to spend miles when i didn’t need to. No reason i should of gotten a call at all!!
