Everything about the rental was excellent except for this one item. I wasn't aware until after the move (furniture going into a storage facility for ~5 months) that the furniture pads were a rental they were expected to be returned with the truck. I would not have taken them had I know this so I ended up paying as much for the pads as the 26" truck.
