U-Haul stated location was open Saturday until 2:00 we arrived from out of state around 1:15 to discover doors locked. I call Rick phone number I had cause truck was available but didn't know how to locate keys? We had movers waiting on us being paid for 45 mins. Had to call U-Haul representatives to get code for key. Owner didn't return my call. U haul rep stated they were to be opened but worker on site stated no one had been in office that day.
Again, I don't necessarily have complaints about the pick up or drop off locations themselves. My biggest complaint is that I made a reservation for the whole trip one month prior to my moving date. I picked the place that I wanted to pick up which was less than a mile from my apartment in Cleveland and I picked the place I wanted to drop off the truck which was less than a mile from my new apartment in Mason. One day prior to the move I get a call saying that the closest truck in the size I wanted is 15 minutes away, not at the location I had chosen one month ago. When I called the employee stated that they do one way rentals â€œthe day beforeâ€ so it didn't matter how early I had reserved the truck which seems to defeat the purpose of a reservation. In addition, when we picked up the truck they showed us only two locations in Mason we could then drop off the truck, neither of which were the location I had chosen on the reservation and again were 10 minutes away vs. one minute away. I understand 10-15 minutes is not a huge deal but it gassed 20-30 minutes round trip for us to make these pick ups and drop offs when they both could've taken five minutes maximum. It's frustrating that I had made the reservation so far in advance only to be told one day prior that my plans were changed. I thought by making the reservation so far in advance it would've given U-Haul plenty of time to ensure a truck of that size was ready at that location. Overall I was disappointed in this experience.
When I rented the truck I asked if there was a charge to drop off at a different location and was told no. When I prepaid was informed there was multiple additional charges which totaled almost double the initial quoted price.
Easy to get to. The only problem we encountered was no moving blankets available even though we reserved them. We were notified early enough by the manager that we could make other arrangements..
Truck gas tank was empty when I took possession of it at 2pm. I did put $10 of gas in the truck. I should not be charged $30 for returning the truck and not filling the gas tank.
There was really no good place to park my car while I was using the truck as the lot was full.
I was treated rudely and I was told to get out if I did not like the fact he did not have pads for me. I will not use U-haul again!!

The mobile app did not work. The personnel at the drop off did not check in my equipment for 2 days. I had to get a district manager involved to force them to check equipment in.
Had problems with the mobile app hanging - the gentlemen at the location was helpful in getting me signed out for the truck!
The owner or manger of this location might just have been the most rude individual I have dealt with. Customer service was not on his list of â€œto dosâ€. However, he was quick to inform me that he has a whole other business he was running. And that the Uhaul business was not all he was doing. I'm pretty sure I heard this at least three times before the rental process was over. Then he would not process a receipt for me because it was after 5pm. He said it would be available the following morning via email. So the next morning, at 9:15am, I had to call because I had never received an email. The owner then proceeded to give additional poor customer service over the phone. Total recap: Poor customer service!
Received great service from this location. I was able to pick the truck up 45 minutes ahead up scheduled time. I would gladly rent from this location again.
Truck parking area was full. Luckily I had a smaller truck and was able to drop it off in a regular parking spot.
Make sure the truck is loaded with the equipment requested.
When I get there to drop off the truck we had to call and they were very rude! Couldn't get a straight answer about where they wanted the truck parked. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Rob was incredibly rude, hung up on me and a family member, misquoted me and charged me a higher amount, the truck had trash in the back and cab, there were dollies and used blankets in the back that we weren't sure if we would get charged for, he would not give information when the truck was picked up, no contract was provided, and when I called to ask for information on the final cost he told me that he doesn't work for UHaul and that if I need to get answers that I should call the corporate office. I did so, and am in contact with them currently.

I asked if I was able to drop a uhual off in a different location and he told me yes and there would be a $10 fee added to the price. Well, I go and return the uhaul at the other location and they wanted to charge triple what I paid to even use it.
