I rented a utility trailer. When not in use it rests on the ground as it has no stand or wheel at the hitch/mount. The pick up location mounted it. This drop off location refused to dismount it. I was told "we dont do that, you have to do it". I'm not able to lift a trailer. That is ridiculous. I had to call my husband, who thankfully was working nearby to dismount it for me. The guy wasnt rude about it, but that concept was ridiculous.
