Belle (store employee) was very professional and extremely courteous. She was very helpful with the rental process and made sure the trailer was hooked up properly and that all of the lights were in working order.

Very efficient. No other comments.
Peter DBed of truck was dirty upon pickup, dirtying all of my items. Truck was misaligned as well. Harder to drive. Cement left overs probably from a previous user. Wasted a lot of time having to do my best to clean the bed, but also had to waste time cleaning all my items.
