I reserved the trailer on-line, I was nervous that something was going to happen and I wasn't going to get the trailer. A call from U-Haul confirming the transaction would have helped.
Kerry BI started to rent this trailer online, but the page after page of up sells made it at one point where I thought I had accidentally put something in my order I didn't want based on the price. So I just went to Woodard's to reserve it. They were very helpful even though they told me I was enough days in advance I might not ended up getting the trailer there. That same day I got a call from Uhaul with a trailer reserved for me at a different location. Further away. I was able to call a few days before my reservation and get it changed back to Woodard's and the lady I worked with on the phone to do that was extremely nice. Both my pick up and return experience at Woodard's was excellent. I have rented Uhaul trailers there in the past and it has always been easy working with them.
