Vehicle smelled like Urine, and had an empty tank. appropriate accessories for trailer were not provided. Check engine light came on halfway through my trip. Stopped at a uhaul location they said to keep driving it, went to the drop off location, was told to go to another drop off, went to the other drop off. Was told to go back to the original drop off or I would pay a transfer fee. This is not for the single location, this is for the entire company, and your policies, and customer service.
