Explain the gasoline return policy to customers while checking in. The fact that I had to ask the cost of gasoline used while renting and NOT being told of a $30 penalty if the truck is returned with 1/4 tank or less is inexcusable. Very poor customer service that could have been very easily good customer service.

I rented my truck to be picked up in malibu and dropped off in culver city. But when i showed up to the malibu location, they informed me that i would have to bring the truck back to malibu because their location needed the truck back. This resulted in me having to make an extra trip back to malibu causing me more time and money than originally anticipated. We did not make a fuss about it, as it was just a miscommunication/technical error between the info that the site had vs. what the malibu location could do, but nonetheless it was an inconvenience resulting from a small and under-equipped location.
