Hand truck blankets were not available as requested in the reservations. I was made aware of the gap only after asking. To be fair the rep. had already credited the account, but this type of information should be made clear to the renters without the need to enquire.

There are no workers on site. Just a paper tapped to the door saying call a phone numver. No one answered the call, I had to wait for a call back.the lady on the other end told me to park the trailer myself and she will check it in later
