Luis GWe originally made a reservation at your Tom’s River Route 37 location a month prior to the date we needed the trailer. 24 hours before we received a confirmation call and then the morning of we were told the trailer we reserved a month ago was an hour away and we had to go pick it up if we wanted to get it. We were offered no other options and no assistance whatsoever. My husband dialed the one 800 number for corporate and found several people on that line interested eager, and willing to help. Zero customer service at your Toms River location. Sadly, the same thing happened to us in Aug 2025. Fortunately the trailer was only 20 min away that time.
