I specifically reserved a trailer at a U-Haul location near me and then I get a phone call that it’s not available there. I was referred to this location kinda far from me. They have no accessories and let me wait a while till I was helped. While returning it the guy running this place just stands there seeing me struggling just walking into the office not offering any assistance at all.
