Phone customer service took a long time through unorganized questions to find my eservation when I had questions. I believe this was managed from another call center. After return of my rental, the app indicated a phone call within 24 hours. No such call came to me at 703.909.7328 as requested in my face-to-face reservation interractions. Please contact me.

Fix you gas estimate. I thought it was awesome at first but when I used it, it was so far off I ended up putting double the amount of gas I needed. Kinda upsetting paying so much exta for something when you thought it was accurate. Very disappointing.

The 20 Furniture Pads we’re not given to us nor were they in the truck. We did not discover it until arrival at our daughter’s apartment to load up. The UHaul location was too far away to drive back to get them because the movers had arrived to load the truck. I called as soon as we realized that the pads were not loaded in the truck. We were assured that we would be refunded for the cost. We had to make many calls to UHaul corporate to get someone to process the refund. We still do not have a refund for the $20, and it is 10 days later. We are very disappointed at how had it is to reconcile the UHaul mistake. We were also very disappointed that the UHaul location and truck we reserved 3 months in advance was changed to another location without any notification at all.

The service tech could not offer an explanation for why the reservation system was charging a third day on a two day reservation. Additionally, the fuel level was inaccurate (annotated on the contract) and marked higher than the fuel gauge read at pick up. The staff answer was take a picture with your cellphone. Overall the customer service was below par for what I’ve experienced at other locations in Florida, Texas, and California.

No one show me the truck when I picked up I was told to return the truck at 7 pm but also I can returned after closing without extra charge and when I received my invoice I was charge double, I was charge for a dolly when I did not even use it, I called the location And I was told the manager will contact me and didn’t happens if you really want to improve your service you have to start for been honest and charge what you said you will, if you really need money you can ask for it not steal it from your customers.

Checkin was slow and not well executed. Could not find my reservation and then when it was found, I was asked to repeat so that all of the information that should have been there had to be reentered very, very, very slowly. And, once again (now four times) the amount of gas in the truck was over estimated so that more money could be collected. This has been a very common occurrence.
