Overhaul the online/app-based rental procedure. It takes FAR longer to do that than to go to the counter and do it in person. The additional need to have a second party verify your identity is clunky and unnecessarily involves additional phone calls. I will never use the app again to pick up or return a rental.

The truck that I rented had an issue with the key cylinder. When I was at my destination, I had to call the store letting them know that I could not start the truck. The person who answered the phone clearly knew about the issue as I was instructed to "just jiggle the key". To their credit, this did address the issue, but this should not have been an issue as the vehicle should not be going out where the renter has to be instructed on the special trick to get the vehicle started.

The employee who checked me in didn't cover her nose with her face mask. She drove the truck from the back to the front and assured me that the gas tank was full. I drove it 117 miles. I put 18 gallons of gas in it which was very odd. I saw that the gas guage went past where it was when I picked it up. I mentioned this to the employee who checked me out when I returned the truck later in the day. He didn't seem interested. Not happy. Probably won't be back.

When brought the truck back I had a full box a wrapping paper but because I didn't still have the receipt on my phone you all wouldn't give me my money back it hadn't even been open I was tired so just toke the loss the box said uhaul u could have also looked under my name but know to never do again trust your words

The manager was on site. She wasn't polite at all perhaps rude. Knowing that my plan to rent the uhaul 15 feet is for the moving purpose. All was planned with helper ready. I came at 10 AM to pick up the truck which was booked online. One lady was helping me saying your your truck is not here yet. Then the manager over from the next desk said to me sir we don't know when the truck will be ready, mentioned to me that might be 3-4 pm if we ever got the truck back. I was so dissapointed when I heard what she said. I asked her if the truck comes that late then I probably won't need the truck by that time frame or even next day. Then I asked her if the truck comes that late will I be able to cancel the rental. She said to me that I can cancel anytime I want to just let them know. I was kind of upset but I was able to keep my cool and left the rental office. At 10:15, I received a text saying the truck is ready at the same place I just was 15 mins ago. I came back and got my truck. Now the problem is how could it happened in the 15 mins, this telling me the manager there didn't do her job right. I almost cancelled my book and go with another company. At the end, thankfully I got my rental truck to hauled my move. Beside that the experience at the office was suck. It seems to my they don't value their customers and care about people especially when they on their moving day.

My experience at the Manassas Park, VA Uhaul location was outstanding. My truck was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. Management was very accommodating and the customer service representatives were very knowledgeable. The guy who does the hitch installations was even helpful. A++ rating! #superb

Drop-off at Manassas Park was smooth and very quick. There are gas stations across the street with high canopies so no worry about bumping into anything with a high profile vehicle.

I would not recommend UHaul to anyone. There must have been an issue when the fourth truck was entered in the system because the reported starting mileage was inaccurate. I have made two attempts to dispute the mileage by contacting the "gm" email address from the invoice and have not received a response from either. I also contacted the originating location and was promised a call back but have not hear from that location either. This is poor customer service/issue resolution. I am sorely disappointed and will not use UHaul again.

This is the first time in a long time that I've been able to rent a car trailer (U-Haul speak, Auto Transport), and I couldn't recommend them more. Easy loading, a fold down fender so I could get in and out, nice condition, I wish I could buy it from them. The Manassas location is set up for service and they are all friendly.
