Very disappointed. They did not give me the moving truck at the location I reserved it at. And in that other location they did give me the truck, they did not give me the appliance dolly and the 4-wheel dolly I'd rented. They sent me to 3 different locations to get them and none of them had the dolly's I'd paid for. I had to find them on my own and put a lot of miles in the moving truck. I'd also paid for a service to help me move for 4 hours, anf since they took over 5 hours than what was planned to give me the truck and the dolly's I'd rented, I wasted my money. Overall horrible experiance, it was outrageous the amount of problems I had to put up with. The price for the service was accessible, yet there were too many issues.

Vehicle was clean except trash in the back of the uhaul that was in the way of our moving it didn't have a very good smell. I felt I should have been compensate for having yo throw it away but other items such as pillows cat bowl and food left behind. Having yo use a uhaul for 19.95 and only use 10 miles why was it so expensive 53.00.
