terms were misrepresented. i was told as long as the vehicle was returned by end of day i would not be charged a full day. circumstances had me racing back to drop off the vehicle to find that i would be charged for another day because i went over by 2 hours. i was told i must have misheard. my hearing is fine. nevertheless charged another day. So much for humanity... crap shoot that went wrong.. buyer beware.. if it sounds like they are being sympathetic, they probably arent. Terms are terms... what a way to run a business.. i wont be back. negative reviews are bad for business...

I felt unsafe driving the Uhaul. The alignment was way off and when I expressed to the employee that I didn't feel safe and would like to be switched into another Uhaul..she said no. Driving on the highway was a nightmare because the Uhaul kept veering off into other lanes..it was hard to control the wheel. The employee stated that it was indeed safe to drive because she drives it all the time and it just came back from being checked out..which I don't believe, because if so-the lil puncture in the windshield would have been replaced. Instead it had a yellow circle around it and the alignment wouldn't have been off. I wouldn't recommend this Uhaul location to anyone I know.

If you're looking to use this place to just pick up an appliance or materials real quick for a job then don't bother. Truck was blocked in when trying to leave. Entrance was blocked when trying return the truck. Yes it was another customer being stupid but the lot should be managed better. Place was not busy at all there's no reason it should take a half hour to pick up and a half hour to return when I set everything up ahead of time on the website. I also got charged for an appliance dolly which wasn't included. Employees weren't making themselves available so I decided to just leave and take the loss it wasn't worth the 10 dollars to be there any longer. Every other location I walk in, grab the key, and leave. This place is not right

We were charged for dolly and moving blanket when it wasn't used but they said the seal was not there. They didn't even show me prior to driving off that the seal was there.

Get it together all around. It's understandable that the Mobile process is still fairly new but there needs to be another smoother option if it's not working. Customer service was terrible. The direction process in getting the truck and returning the truth was also terrible. A customer should not have to sit and wait for a mobile app to load while an employee is sitting not helping. That's not professional. Get it together or u will go out of business sooner than you think 😌

I found the truck and equipment to be in good working condition. My disappointment came in the customer service provided by the employees at this location. The first is from the manager and the second from the employee Maria. 1) When a customer enters the store the employees should speak in a common language that everyone present understands. They were speaking Spanish to one another which makes it difficult to know if they are intending to speak about the customer and not wanting them to understand. I find this unprofessional particularly when they both speak English. 2) I rented a 4 wheel dolly on online and agreed to pay for it. I was not informed there would be a dolly inside the truck with a seal that if opened would require additional payment. When loading items on the truck the Dolly attached to the truck was directly in the pathway for myself and crew to place equipment within the truck. We specifically did NOT USE that dolly. We saw the plastic tag and knew that this might cause an additional charge, we therefore took a picture to demonstrate the dolly before and after movng the dolly out of the way so that I would be able to explain upon delivery of the truck the reason the plastic tag/seal was opened. Upon return of the truck I carefully explained what took place and why. I then showed pictures on my phone to demonstrate that the seal was broken only to move the dolly out of the way and not because it was used. The personnel at the store was not wanting to hear my explanation adequately. I was encountered with a flat refusal multiple times stating that the policy of UHAUL was simply to charge if the seal was broken regardless of the reason. I stated this was unfair since I was not informed about the presence of the dolly to begin with already payed for a dolly and did not want to pay for an additional dolly that I did not use. This became a matter of principle rather that the charge of $7.00. She continued to repeat herself over and over again and insisted that I hear her point again and again even though I heard and understood the policy that she had already stated multiple times. I asked to speak to the manager and she of course stated she was the manager. She then stated I could call the 1-800 number for UHAUL. She ultimately agree to give a "courtesy waver" but this was after and long drawn out and upsetting exchange. 2) I was then told that the because a minor amount of dirt within the truck I would be charged and additional $35.00. I thought this was excessive given that there was minimal dirt within the truck. I personally felt this was a way they could some out have some sort of retaliation. I asked for a broom and swept the minimal amount of dirt within the truck in literally less than 30 seconds which is what I would have been charged and additional $35. I overall felt the time spend was more than necessary and felt the employees wanted to give me a hard time. The equipment rented was in good working order however, I would NOT recommend renting from this location and will be sure to rent from different location in the future.

I have rented a number of t rucks from this U haul facility over the years ,I have always been extremely satisfied with the staff they routinely go above and beyond . This Sunday I rented a van it was spotless and had plenty of room for the items we were moving. The gas mileage was outstanding. When we returned the van there was a staff member ready to wipe down the interior of the van.. The only thing that I could complain about is the spotty internet connection in the rental building the staff had work arounds , But it definitely slowed down the rental process. I will still use and recommend this U haul office because the vehicles are well maintained and the staff are excellent,
